Common questions
I bought something but don't have it
Open the game, go to Settings or the Shop, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) you used to buy it. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the order ID from your receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in the Google Play app.
How do I remove ads?
Buy the No Ads item in the game's Shop. It removes the ads that play between levels. Reward ads stay available because you only see them when you choose to watch one for a bonus.
I got a new phone. Will my progress move across?
Progress is saved on your phone, so it moves across when you restore your phone from an iCloud or Google backup. Purchases can always be restored with Restore purchases. We can't recover progress from a phone that wasn't backed up.
How do I turn off the daily reminder?
Switch it off in the game's Settings, or turn off notifications for the game in your phone's Settings.
The music or sound is too loud
Every game has separate music and sound switches in Settings.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Where it applies to your region, use Settings > Ad privacy choices in the game. On iPhone you can also change tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the game removes all of its saved data from your phone. We don't keep accounts, so there is nothing else to close. For anything held by our ad or purchase partners, see Your rights.
Report an ad
We only allow ads rated for general audiences. If you saw an ad that was offensive, misleading, too old for the game or app, or wouldn't close, please tell us so we can block it.
- the name of the game or app;
- roughly when you saw the ad;
- what the ad was for (a screenshot is best).
You can also report an ad directly to Google: many ads show a small i or AdChoices icon in a corner. Tap it to send feedback or hide the ad.
